New products are being developed using the techniques of Fukui's representative traditional crafts, such as Echizen lacquerware, Echizen washi, and Echizen forged blades,
and events such as apprenticeship experiences with traditional craftsmen are also being planned.
These are valuable opportunities to experience the appeal of Fukui's traditional crafts and to meet the craftsmen in person.
