"JIQUU" is a new style of hanging scroll (kakejiku) that enhances any space, regardless of time or place.
Its theme is time. The textures of Echizen washi, with 1,500 years of history, express the past, present and future.
This hanging scroll is an "ALL FUKUI MADE" product, made with a commitment to Fukui Prefecture down to every detail: not only the washi, but also the mounting fabric, roller ends, braided cord and mounting.

About the craftsman

Since the Heian period, hanging scrolls have been enjoyed by hanging them in tokonoma alcoves or on walls according to the season and occasion.
