Fermented Japanese Tea Trinitea, Second Flush, Tea Bags
Shirakawa in Kamo District, Gifu Prefecture, has produced tea for more than 400 years.
However, with many problems such as declining demand for green tea and a shortage of successors due to population decline, production itself is at risk.
Amid this, we focused on Japanese black tea, for which demand is growing, and rebranded it.
We sell it with the aim of offering rare, delicious Japanese black tea at a fair price and giving proper returns to growers, making the business sustainable.
The second flush features a deep, strong flavor.
When you want to relax at the end of the day, as a gift for someone who works hard, or as a treat for yourself...
Please give it a try.

About the craftsman
Shirakawa in Kamo District, Gifu Prefecture, has produced tea for more than 400 years, but it faces many problems, such as declining demand for green tea and a shortage of successors due to aging and population decline.
In rebranding our Japanese black tea, we wanted to sell this rare and delicious tea at a fair price so that growers receive proper returns, so we renewed the design and developed the product to be supported by customers who can appreciate the difference.
"Trinity" means three in one, expressing the idea that "a product is only complete when the environment that nurtures the tea, the growers and the users come together as one."
We would be delighted if you compared the first flush and the second flush.
We recommend steeping it in 100°C water for 3 minutes, then letting it cool slightly (65°C–45°C) before enjoying it.
Please try this rare Japanese black tea made in the mountains of Gifu Prefecture.
